How do we collect your data?
Data is collected when you provide it (contact forms, Calendly) and through technical data collected automatically by our systems (browser type, OS, time of access).
Legal basis for processing
Where we ask for your consent, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. For contract or pre-contractual steps we rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For processing necessary for our legitimate interests (e.g. security, technical logs) we rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Storage period

4. Hosting & Third-Party Tools
- Hosting: We use Netlify for hosting and CDN. Data may be processed in the USA; transfers are governed by adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Calendly: We use Calendly for scheduling (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly may process data in the USA; appropriate safeguards apply.
- Forms: We use Netlify Forms to process your inquiries.

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.
