Outforce Technologies provides specialized SAP consultancy, digital transformation strategy, and technical implementation services. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website and clients engaging in our consultancy services.

The content on this website and the information provided during initial consultations are for informational purposes. While we strive for SAP "Clean Core" excellence and precision, the implementation of any advice depends on the client's specific system environment and technical constraints.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Outforce Technologies owns the intellectual property rights for all material on outforce.tech. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Outforce Technologies for your own personal or internal business use, subject to restrictions set in these terms.
4. Consultation Bookings
Bookings made via our Calendly integration are subject to availability. Outforce Technologies reserves the right to reschedule or cancel consultations. No consultant-client relationship is formally established until a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement has been signed by both parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Outforce Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our preliminary consultancy advice.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Bavaria.
